Discovery Medical Aid website assistance

I phoned DISCOVERY medical aid today to ask for some guidance regarding something that I was looking for on their website. I was transferred EIGHT from one person to another. If all their calls are recorded then they WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM THIS. This is pathetic. How must I get info on their website if people from discovery are unable to help you.
