Discovery Medical Aid Upgrade Disaster!

I have asked to upgrade my medical aid several times last year in September 2024.

My advisor Masechaba Frans advised that I can only upgrade in December and she will do it for me, come December I was not upgraded When I followed up again now in January the 10th my advisor is telling me that the upgrading period has expired and there's nothing she can do. What a pathetic service from discovery medical scheme! Why did she say she will upgrade me in December and not do it? She even said she will put in her calendar and reminder so that she can upgrade me. She never called or bothered to email me in December, now she is telling me there's nothing she can do.

Its Really about time to look for medical aid that cares for its customers not this nonsense !
