Discovery Medical Aid: *****ulent Special Unit

My cousin passed away in May after a long illness and was covered by discovery medical aid. 3 weeks ago we received a letter from hospital doctor lawyers stating they were owed R140k. After investigation Discovery said they paid monies directly into the members bank account. Looking at her bank statement from Nov till last month there were no monies deposited into her account. When we ask for Proof of payment from Discovery they are saying they cannot divulge this info (to her estate executor). WHAT?!

What I suspect transpired here is blatant *****, the monies were most likely put into an account that does not belong to my cousin and there is a syndicate profiting off of this. They are sending us from pillar to post, dumping all sorts of documents on us EXPCEPT the proof of payment. I am absolutely disgusted, how can they "Trust me bro" us on a R140k payment that never happened. We will not take this lying down.

Make sure you DO NOT associate yourself with this *****ulent entity, we are grieving and have lawyers hounding us day in day out wanting their monies.
