Discovery Medical Aid *******

Discovery Medical Aid has still not paid for my Lancet blood tests done in January this year. The amount that was supposed to be paid was R800+ but they only paid R200. I spoke to someone from Discovery months ago who told me that they were settling this payment but nothing has been done. Now Bayback Attorneys is harassing me threatening to take me to the credit bureau. The lady that I spoke to actually said that she will make sure that my name is dragged in the mud and my credit record destroyed so that I won't be able to get credit anywhere. This is a threat that I get all the time. I am being harassed by Bayback Attorneys for money that was supposed to have been paid by the medical aid that I pay a lot of money monthly for. I don't understand why we always have to threaten Discovery Medical Aid before they do their job properly because this is not the first time I have had had problems with them. This Medical Aid is giving me headaches because of their ****py behavior. There are a lot of Medical Aid companies that one can join apart from this nonsense.
