Discovery Medical Aid *******

My name is Muwanu Nakisani Mlotshwa and I have been with Discover Medical Aid Key Care Plus for almost 2 years now. I gave birth via C-section on 02 January this year at Brenthurst Clinic. The Medical Aid was supposed to or I was under the impression that they had paid for the birth and everything. Discovery initially did not pay for anything at all and after making countless calls and fighting they agreed to pay but only paid a quarter of all the payments they needed to make. Now I have been receiving messages and calls from doctors and other people who need to paid for my hospital stay. I have different lawyers calling me telling me that I have been listed on the credit bureau because I have not paid. My question is, what is the point of paying so much money for medical aid if they don't pay anything and I have to fight for them to pay every time I need medical assistance. Do I have to sue Discovery Medical Aid first in order for them to get serious about doing their job right. It's a lot of money that I am paying and very ridiculous because it's for absolutely nothing. If I leave Discovery Medical Aid I am going to sue for every cent that I ever paid so that I can be able to pay for the services that I received. This is **** really somebody better sort this out.
