Discovery medical aid terrible!!!!

I have been with discovery for over 7 years. when i first joined they were quite helpful but since then all that seems to happen is the product quality worsens and the rates increase. Now when i need them the most to try and assist a long term loyal customer with my heath issues and queries the only answer they can offer in NO! I am at my wits end, that I am considering leaving and going to another provider. Surly there needs to be a possible solution to the problem but all they do is say NO we cant help you! I cannot withstand being treated like I am a ******** out for all i can ***** form you! I also get treated like number not a human, when the staff cant event bother to assist with basic queries not all departments are bad but some of them, really guys come on!! I cant even get something mailed to me it takes a week to get a doctor list what kind of establishment are you running, if i told a client sorry a mil takes 3 days they will laugh in my face.

I also cant see how an upgrade is such a problem!? Surly you have procedures in place for this!!! why cant you people help your clients and put their needs first!!!!

I have never been so insulted and received the terrible level if service like this in my life!!!!

I mean you cant even get thorough to a manager to complain when you call in?? Dont think if you are worth all this stress and hassel!!!
