Discovery medical Aid Sucks

Discovery is officially the worst medical aid provider in south Africa. It takes them so long to authorize a procedure or hospital admission. This is ridiculous as people that are genuinely unwell suffer. Case managers to me are a bunch of idiots that take their own time. I strongly discourage anyone to take out any of their plans. Rather join a medical aid that actually works.
