They try to use technology like automated email, watsapp and all sorts of APPS that don't work and end up frustrating clients. No-one ever calls back regarding queries. They deduct from MSA what should have gone off Chronic benefit. They have the slowest website ever, with incorrect info - government sites work better. Discoveries marketing is good but nothing else. BestMed and Bonitas is better
