Discovery medical aid scheme let down

I’ve made a complaint with my medical aid discovery la active regarding money they claim I owe of which the mistake happened from their side which led to having money that they claim I have to pay. I’ve made countless complaints and follow-ups regarding this matter with no joy. The medical aid scheme is not actioning my enquiry since July 2023. I am very frustrated right now so please assist
