Discovery medical aid *******!!!

<p>I'm a new member to discovery, I joined on one of there cheapest options.. so I thought. They normally work via ur salary for affordability purposes but in my case I was special, without receiving my pay slip they assumed I would be amongst the highest paid and put me onto the highest plan costing me more than I could afford. When initially discussed I was told I would have to pay R1165 each for my mum and I and also would have to fit a 50% penalty for my mum, my very first deduction cost me R2600 twice as they had deducted for 2 months and also this month the same thing only to call the call centre to get feedback that unfortunately they have put me onto the highest earning plan. They refuse to reimburse R2700 of mine although they have taken it knowing full well I do not earn that amount. Is this discovery's awesome service? To deceive and cheat clients????? **** service!!!</p>
