DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID Refused to. Pay for Back Brace after Operation

I have been in for a Back Operation and been in Hospital for about a week and Discovery has decided not to Pay Dr R Louw for the Back Brace that was provided for my recovery and posture.

The Back brace was provided to me whilst i was in Hospital and handed to me a day after the Operation in ICU,

NOW I get a INV anf SMS from the Dr R Louw stating that i need to make payments for Outstanding amounts,

If i am. Not mistaken all in Hospital procedures and items provided are covered and Discovery refuses to pay for the Back Brace WHY????

HOW am. I supposed to recover without the Back Brace.
