Discovery Medical Aid - Premium Dispute

Absolutely disappointed with Discovery Health's Service. I have been trying to call them for the last few days with regards to the amount that was debited off my account to no avail. My premium has drastically increased with no explanation as to why?

Clearly I am not the only person having this issue - so can you please address this matter with some urgency. This is causing a financial strain as my account is now in overdraft and my other debit orders are bouncing! This is very unprofessional from such a well established company. I will be considering changing Medical Aids, if these are the *****ulent transactions you guys are making!
