Discovery Medical aid online claims is a epic fail.

I have just about had it with Discovery and their online claims process... i have submitted claims twice over the last 4 weeks with NO feedback NO claims showing on my profile. Tired of paying companies thousands of rands a month for service like this. This is not the first time either... I then mailed them the claims, but also, NO feedback and NO claims showing on my profile.
