Discovery Medical aid- NOT GOOD

Hi I cancelled my medical aid in August 22 because of affordability. I spoke the the agent and ask her more than once after I cancel is there any moneys that I need to pay/owe them. The response was no you do not owe us any money. After 3months I received a bill from them that I need to pay over the R7000 to them. I called in on more then one occasion and no response. Know they handed me over to the attorneys. Since 26 April I spoke to Fazel and promise to phone me back after he listen to the recording. I phoned back every week to speak to him and no one phoned me back. Will one of the supervisor please phone me back because the is not service at all after 10 years if been a member with you , Medical and Insure. Please I need answers to why they have **** to me!!!
