discovery medical aid....... not good

i suffer with terrible head and back pain for the last few days and because my medical aid is finish for the year as I need some glasses, I went to the margate hospital , I was refused help as my medical aid is finish and not it an emergency... so if i know that headache is not normal if so severe, but still no help, the margate private hospital want R800.00 before they even start, which i did not have and walk out ... and the medical aid is really making money ... discovery is just a money making.... i am not one that misuse the medical aid but this is ridiculas .... what is an emergency .... i could have something serous, but remember i belong to discovery and i should not get ill and need help, pathetic
