Discovery medical aid not covering international travel expenses

Good day, I had a very bad experience with my mother that visit the family in Australia. She got sick and need to be in hospital. Did all the paperwork but Discovery did not pay the outstanding invoices for the hospital in Australia. Eddie from Discovery phone to make arrangement said we must give him 5 days. Nothing happened. We are now being sued by the hospital for not paying them. This happened 3 months ago and still no Discovery helping us with a solution.
