Discovery medical aid misinformation

Good day, I was told by the agent that my condition is covered by the Classic Comprehensive and based on his assurance, I allowed the agent to sign me up as a Discovery medical aid Classic Comprehensive member. However when my doctor did the application for my medicine as well as appealled the original decision, I was told by Discovery, the medication is not covered and with no further explanation/ reason. Discovery medical aid does not benefit me and I will be canceling my membership.
