Discovery Medical Aid lost their respect for their loyal customers and treat us like ****!

We've been with Discovery for 16 years, not a month of payments not paid. We joined Vitality and there is where all the problems started. The payments apparently was not done to the correct accounts and a huge surplus was building up in DIscoveries account. This challenge been on-going since Sept 2019. We demanded our medical aid to be reinstated and eventually we received a membership certificate. SO i was admitted to hospital and we were informed our medical aid lapsed!! Ever since then its been a uphill battle with Discovery. I have a file of emails, telephone calls, agents who got involve and everything the feedback is .. we are escalating it to WHO KNOW WERE!! Discovery just came to the private school where i am one of the board members and tell their lovely story of support!! Well i have nes for them... not a single new parent will sign up until they resolve my problem. This was today's reference number *** and i have so many more to share....
