DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

My son was admitted on the ***, The receptionist at Tshepo Themba Hospital. Authorization was granted and i was advised that the allocate document is within my network, please also note that my son is in my medical aid and his condition that time was not critical.

I was assured that the selected document was within my network. After few weeks at home i received a call from the hospital advising of the short fall, i then advised discovery i was then called by NAIDOO Rashia advised that they will investigate. Till date i have not received any feedback from discovery, instead i am being harassed with phone calls collecting for the short fall.

I request for this matter to be dealt with in fair and honest manner, and also note that i do not do authorizations, i except my service provider to assist me and not try to dig deeper in my pockets
