Discovery Medical aid is the WORST!!!

I have never ever been so dissapointed with a medical aid before! Discovery is absolutely useless!! Ever since we joined discovery medical aid we had to pay in for most of our visits that they say is covered by our scheme which is an absolute lie! we are on the second highest scheme and we are still having problems with claims and can barely use our medical aid for anything so we are basically just paying for nothing they are just making money out of us for us to be able to use it for nothing!! This month they deducted an extra amount of R600 of our debit order without informing us for what this amount will be!! So I phoned in and they activated vitaly on our medical aid without us even applying for it!! I would really like to sue them for this because we never ever app**** for vitality!! I am not leaving it here! I am getting rid of discovery its the worst medical aid to ever go on!! STAY AWAY people you will be dissapointed over and over again!!
