Discovery medical aid is a ****. Beware

I paid almost 8k every month for 5 months amounting to 31k before cancelling my medical aid.Savings allocated to me was 21k for classic saver. I do not understand how i owe you. You are the one owing me.31 minus 21 is 10.. you owe me 10k. Reason why I cancelled was due to affordability now you want me to pay 13k ,the money i dont even have and i was not even told about this when I joined or when I cancelled the medical aid. Can you return all the money i paid this year then i will pay for the medical claims you paid. Otherwise bring back my money and take your 21k from the 31k. I feel like you want to **** me because organisations like you are money making ******* who want to suck people who work hard for their monies dry. I will not pay **** take me to court or blacklist me. You are a **** i can’t believe i ever did business with you. So disappointed and i will never ever do any business with you. ****
