Discovery medical aid INCOMPETENCE

MSA left over from last year, refused to release to me in January.

Changed my plan to classic smart for 2024. Benefit Unlimited GP network, meaning only copayment of R65 due by me. Visit GP, paid my R65, was informed discovery was down and could not send through. Lo and behold, discovery saw fit to use My MSA savings from last year to pay doctor, using MY money and not from medical benefit. Completely flabbergasted! Loss for words. That is theft! Mail ref no #***# PAY BACK MY MONEY incompetence has no words. Discovery is THE WORST
