Discovery Medical Aid HUGE price increase NO comms!!

It is the worst experience trying to reach the Discovery Health Medical Aid call centre in various ways today. Received a message today to say my premiums increase on 2 Jan 2024 to double what I am struggling to pay now for my family. I have tried various ways to reach you to understand what options I have before you can take the budget I allocate to feed my family. I have been on calls I cannot afford, trying to reach you for something, I did not agree to pay. I hope that the *** and Council for Medical Scheme, www.medicalscheme.co.za are following the developments and complaints related to this poorly communicated price increase. I'm left with the feeling that I've been locked into a payment that I can't afford and will have to suck this up until I can make contact with you to downgrade or cancel my subscription. I hope this can be resolved before you, debit my account and leave me with no funds to feed my fa
