Discovery medical aid / gap cover ****.

Seriously PATHETIC service from Discovery Health, rude consultants etc etc. We pay for both medical aid (not the cheapest scheme) as well as Discovery Gap Cover. My partner recently went for an MRI scan, he paid the co payment in cash (over R3000), I confirmed with Gap Cover that they covered this co payment. Imagine my horror when not only did they pay the supplier again without reimbursing us but they paid it out of medical savings and NOT from gap even though my email claim CLEARLY stated that it was a Gap Cover claim, so we are now out of pocket over R3000 plus out of pocket another R3000 medical savings, no joy from Discovery, the very rude lady on the phone said that they cannot reverse / fix this, I now have a new reference for my reference, absolutely PATHETIC!
