Discovery medical aid from Hell
This medical aid is from HELL, i have logged a complaint last week and its not resolved, i have the problem with my maternity benefits activation, and now im almost due and im struggling to book the hospital, and i have Dr's visits that i cant go because they said they will activate it and even now im still waiting, im not able to do anything, let alone visit Dr's for my babies health, now i need to cancel appointments and wait for the activation which i dont know when....
The chance i get, im leaving this ****ty medical aid i have had enough

13 Aug 2024, 09:28Emotions get the better of us in most cases especially when one is desperate or in need. Discovery medical aid wore their best suit and came through for me on the above issue and they really, really did their best to help me and make ne understand where the problem was. Im not innocent in the matter too, i did contribute to my issue due to not understanding certain things and for that i would also like to apologize to discovery medical aid team. This medical ais is the best and this was my first incident and probably the last. Thank you so much for your help resolving this matter i really appreciate it.
