Discovery medical aid fails customers again

The worst customer experience ever, Discovery never pays any claims always an excuse, no one ever gets back to you, you have to constantly follow up. I just want to know why am I paying for this medical aid for it to cover nothing ever. I will definitely be closing all my services with discovery as a whole.
