Discovery medical aid ****

I enquired about re- instating their medical aid and l given all the information necessary, was sent a contract l needed to sign and send back if l was taking the offer, my mistake was opening the counter offer letter as now am told l accepted the offer and when l dispute that l never accepted any offer and the reason why l called was to decline the offer am told they is nothing l can do about it but just need to pay them money for l product l never took. The enquiry call was made in the 6th of November 2025 and on the 18th of November 2025 am told the policy started on the 1st of November before l even made a inquiry about the medical aid. They refuse to withdraw the application which now l feel like am being forced to join a medical aid like it or not because of a simple call
