Discovery medical aid does not want to pay for my Casuality bill because they feel it was not an emergency yet i was treated.

I went to casualty last year in November at 12h00 midnight due to a swollen throat , locked jaw , I was vomiting, I had a tooth Abscess and the pain was just not responding all the pain medication . In January I received 4 bills ( 2 from 2 doctors and 2 from the ward ) after querying about the Bills from Discovery . I was told the reason why I needed to pay from my own pocket is that they did not consider what I went to causality for as an emergency . Meaning the medical aid card that produced at hospital was just for show .

After 10 years paying Discovery this is how they treat me .
