DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID DO NOT PAY OUT CLAIMS

I have been with Discovery for almost 2 years now.. every time I submit a claim, it gets ignored so I'm not sure what the point of their medical savings account benefit is because they do not do payouts.. I submitted a claim last year for a chiropractor invoice that I paid and it got ignored.. This year I submitted 2 invoices for covid tests that I paid for and they then deducted the money from my medical savings account but did not pay me. Therefore it is as if I paid for this expense twice. It has been 3 and a half months since I submitted the claim. I have been given the run around by 3 different Discovery agents to date and still have not been paid..

I was actually considering moving my car insurance over to Discovery as well but after receiving the level of *********** service from the Discovery Health team, I will definitely not be doing that and I am actually considering canceling the Medical Aid Scheme in its entirety as well
