discovery medical aid - disgusting service

I got an authorization for psychiatric hospitalization for my mother for admission for 20 days, as specified by the consultant. This was at the beginning of April 2019. To date all the authorizations and therefore claims have been processed incorrectly, thus depleting all her acute and other funds. She is now due for medication, which she cannot stop and there are no funds. I have been calling discovery weekly to fix this, and nothing has been done at all. I get excuses regarding PMB funding, and am now getting bills from all the service providers for their monies. My mother is on pension and does not have this kind of money. I am disgusted with the discovery medical aid and their pathetic service. i have asked discovery to listen to the authorization conversation and take it from there. they blame all departments and nothing has been done in a month, I have requested that someone calls me back and to date nothing. My mom could be dead before they get anything correct or done.
