According to your calculators, they have increased the premium to R3354, which includes a GAP cover that she never took out and a Vitality program that she never app**** for. The big question is, what authority or who gives Discovery such authority to include the GAP cover and the Vitality program without the consent of the policy holder? The debit order is scheduled for 2 January 2024 and I am confident that this action amounts to ***** and someone is guilty of a crime if that debit order for the amount of R3354 is deducted. I'm sure your response will not be any different from all the other complainants' responses which is "We've noted your concerns and we're investigating the matter. We'll contact you with feedback as soon as possible".
