Discovery Medical Aid

I'm the member of Discovery Medical Aid.I went to the hospital at Medi-clinic on the 10th of January 2024, because my high blood pressure was too high and I collapsed and Chest Pains also.I went out on the 16th January 2024. Now Discovery took my funds and paid the doctor's that was helping me, they didn't wait for the full report from the hospital.I received a bill from the hospital saying I must R18000 because Discovery doesn't wanna pay, because according to Discovery I slept just a day at hospital because of Chest pain only.When I ask them where did they get that report,no one is answering or explaining to me.When I ask the hospital about that report they said they didn't give Discovery the at all by that time, because Discovery was supposed to wait for the full report from the hospital and the bill but Discovery didn't.According to the hospital they didn't give Discovery report that I was admitted for Chest pain at all.Now the hospital managed to send the report to Discovery but Discovery keeps on saying they want they want the diagnosis from the hospital,the doctor did send the diagnosis to the hospital and the hospital gave the Medical Aid,I got the letter also from the doctor so that I have a proof.But Discovery doesn't wanna take or accept the diagnosis letter the doctor.Om not sure what to do anymore I went to Discovery office and the hospital no one is helping me.Now I got final letter from the hospital that I must pay R18000 because Discovery doesn't wanna pay and they all my funds while I was still at the hospital paying doctors.I spoke to one of their consultant and he said I was supposed to call the Medical Aid and let them know when I'm going out of the hospital,I was so surprised that I have to call them while I'm still sick and not knowing what's happening with my health.I need help I can't afford to pay that money,I don't have it and I'm paying them lot of money.I went to Medi-clinic Vanderbijilpark.
