Discovery Medical Aid consultants useless!

I joined Discovery on 01/11/2021 . I made a payment via the website firstly the amount that was deducted was incorrect . Secondly they now cannot trace the payment and i am now suspended. I have spoken to 3 consultants. The one consultant i was corresponding with via email Faye does not even bother replying or keeping me up to date. I am now forced to reverse that payment thereby affecting me negatively on my bank statement and then paying it in manually. I cannot believe that i have now explained my concerns to 3 people and not 1 gets back to me. I am at the point of deciding to join another medical aid as your consultants are useless!
