Discovery Medical Aid Charging double on Premium without reason . Unfair treatment
Medical Aid contributions have doubled to figures that are not even listed on the 2024 Contribution list .
I have issued all documents before the deadlines and received references but what bugs me the most is that a so called legal entity or financial service provider can *******ly increase premiums to amounts not stipulated.
Furthermore i have called 4 times today and all calls were more than 25mins long with nobody answering.
I have emailed several departments and no response.
I have logged in to the application and website and premiums reflect as normal but the whatsapp message says the premiums was doubled .
This is ******* . This is not a fair medical aid. I urge others to go with alternative medical aid companies.
Total hogwash .
Nobody has made contact with me at all despite several calls and holding on the line for more than 25 minutes.
