DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID CALL CENTER - CALL DROP BRFORE REACHING AGENT

You call both the landline and call center. However, the call does off before reaching any agent. This is wasting my time and money, since there is no other way of direct communication. I cannot wait for days on end to talk to a consultant. Discovery was very good in the past, however though they would be more attentive to such problems as experiencing this now for the second month.
