discovery medical aid

Discovery is an OK MEDICAL but my issue i have with them they don't pay for claims and they look at what plan your on and not realising that you actually on the highest bracket that you pay every month for keycare plus so they put every one on the same bracket , I'm so disappointed with them I've received 3 claims back that wasn't fully covered by them, they need to reassess the plans and see what people actually pay monthly and assess it but they don't they just there to make money from their clients, They see the liitle people , they need to start reviewing their options on their different plans
