I've had many bad experiences with Discovery and today I called in again because I had yet another issue, everytime the call dropped, the agents did not call back. Today was the first time ever that a consultant from Discovery called back and assisted! Ayanda nqeo honestly deserves to be promoted and lead your consultants because she was efficient and very helpful. This is the first time your agent showed initiative and they truly put the customer first. She went the extra mile and called the GP that gave us issues to ensure that our issues and concerns are resolved. Thank you Ayanda.
