Discovery medical aid are *******

When I took up my key care plus plan with discovery I was told I’m covered for hospital admission as long as it’s a hospital in my network and in the even of an emergency any private hospital.I go to a hospital in my network yesterday and to my surprise was kicked out because I was told discovery has rejected my submission because I have a 12 month waiting period for hospital admission,I try get ahold of them and guess what?it’s Sunday their offices are closed.

So here I am leaving a hospital with a bartholin cyst painful as a MF and unable to walk because a medical aid I’m paying for is refusing me to get help
