Discovery medical aid

I am deeply frustrated with Discovery. Previously I've only had good experiences with them, but since March 2021. I have been encountering count less issues. I have a disabled daughter with Cerebral palsy. I follow all the correct channels when applying for therapies and claiming. I am currently in over 30 thousand debt due to discovery approving therapy sessions but declining to pay. I have my approval letters stating what they would cover. I have dealt with over 10 different consultants. They check if all information including the ICD 10 codes and procedure codes, which are correct. After multiple back an forth, one consultant escalated my case to the systems department. who corrected nothing! I am on the Core series, which is a hospital plan, I have received approval but I get rejected due to no medical saving account. which I obviously dont have. The therapies should be paid from the PMB approval. I am tired of escalating an issue for 5 months with out any movement. This is my first step to taking this further. I hope someone contacts me and helps resolve this issue soon.
