Discovery medical aid

Discovery is misleading people, vrery disappointed with had a car accident nd I was taken by the Paramedics to the hospital. Few day later I got an invoice from the hospital that I have to make a payment, sad enough coz I am paying my premiums every month and it was my very 1st time going to the hospital after more than 2 years. Called the call and the reason I was told is that it was not pre authorized and bcz I was not admitted to sleep over at the hospital. How the hell I was gonna have time to call them. For Goodness sake I was traumised from the car accident, now I'm left with the bill that I have to pay the hospital whilst I pay my premiums every month. Think again before taking the Discovery medical aid,, it's time I move away to another scheme.

But how can discovery except me to get a motivation letter from the doctor (which means they still believe that I went to the hospital out the blue whilst I just had the car accident ). Soo said that I did request that motivation letter but did not get it from the doctor and Discovery will not cover that cost, which means there was no help at all.

Just another bill that was not paid by Discovery, just got another call that Discovery rejected the claim. Do you guys pay for claim? it's very funny bcz each & every ****in month the payment goes through to you but when it's time to pay off you don't. Which means discovery never paid anything and they not giving me any valid reason. I still don't understand ukuthi did I ever asked for a car accident that you are refusing to pay for? How the hell was I supposed to get pre Authorised when I was taken by the paramedics to the hospital? You always give stupid excuses when it's time to pay for claims. And Discovery knew very well that the stupid form that you gave me to give to the hospital they won't fill in for me ndi became a very stupid women at the hospital. Be very careful ppl when you wanna join Discovery now I am left with almost R2000 that they rejected and there's no valid reason for that. I am sooo ****ed off shem
