Discovery medical aid

I think Discovery Health is absolutely disgusting. I have been with their medical aid for years and I've never been to hospital once. The first time I had an emergency at 01:00am in the morning, they take the costs from my savings. I have been working well with my savings the whole year and now it's on 0 cause they can't cover my hospital costs. The consultant I spoke to is so inconsiderate and such an attitude. If you feel sick in the middle of the night, you should question going to the hospital, cause even though you pay for medical aid for the whole year, it will come off your savings and if you don't have anymore savings, you'll have to pay cash and still pay your medical aid premium.....I mean really, what is the point. Thank you Discovery for showing me what you are all about, I will definitely be changing my medical aid after all these years and never ever go back.
