DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID

I resigned from my employer back in February 2025 and surely Discovery was notified about my resignation.

I did indicate that i was not going to continue with my Medical aid with Discovery.

My unused medical aid savings amounts to R3740. 06 and Discovery has not said a word as when they are going to refund this amount.

Instead i saw a communication between my for HR and Discovery employee, and the content of the email, it was stated that i owe Discovery R 1200.00.

I emailed the lady from Discovery and she never bothered to respond.

I need someone to contact me and explain this misunderstanding.

I have heard a lot of people complaining about the Discovery medical aid.
