DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID

<p>Had my claim paid out from Risk Benefit instead Media Aid Savings... did not kow of the mistake made by Discovery than... 3 months later I get a new account emailed to me saying that instead owing a small amount to the company I owe pretty much the whole thing ... i learnt today that because after Discovery had they audit done and they found out of the mistake made they had to rectify it... by then my savings were depleted. Now its on me to make this problem go away... as per the consultant i spoke to today said: ..."when I sign the contract to apply for my medical aid, i am well aware that they can rectify accounts anytime they spot a mistake..." never mind it was they mistake at first for selecting the wrong account from were they paid my claim from... does it mean that every time i send i claim to them i have to triple check that they are doing they jobs properly?? not my problem, not my staff... im not the one givem them training... easy to hide behind contracts clauses for every mistake made. </p>
