*********** Discovery Medical aid

After numerous calls and a review on Hello peter I am still batteling with Discovery just to get the right form regarding my brother's medical aid, they keep on saying they need concent, I asked for the form and the wrong form was sent. Now after about four weeks we are still at square one. They sent the for but it was the wrong form. It seems they just do not want this matter to be resolved. My brother had a head injury and after they dismissed him for October 2025 installment that didn't went through, they decided to reverse all the payments they made to the hospital and dr for September 2025. I sent them the proof and now they want R500000. 00 from him. He was unconscious for Sept in the hospital. After he left the hospital his wife pass away in 2 weeks he returned home. Can I please speak to someone thats competent at Discovery. Yvonne ***
