Discovery Medical Aid
I am saddened by Discovery Medical Aid's lack of ethics....giving authorization numbers and then withdrawing such after 3 days and not advising anybody. We have been forced to jump through hoops and be absolute puppets to just try and get my son the help he needs. We have done all that was requested and a week later still fighting. Have you run out of funds Discovery or scared no person gets a bonus. Utterly despondent and totally disgusted. Sies #Discovery

16 Sept 2019, 17:49I had a very pleasant call from the Executive Relationship Manageress who assured me she will sort this out and like a fool I believed her....well guess what lady you have made things worse. Why did I expect more....fool me... Not anymore....

17 Sept 2019, 07:03Please people out there on the Discovery medical aid....be very wary with regards to any mental illnesses you disclose as in the end they use those against you in other areas you may need help in and do not end up covering you as they accuse your mental illness as a problem. Be vigilant people and ask questions because it could happen to you too... #Discovery
