Discovery Medical AID

If there was a minus rating I would go as far as to rate it at that. Discovery does not even deserve this one star rating. Imagine you pay medical aid every month, and from the moment you sign up there is a default deduction on your salary, every month, but the moment you need to claim for something YOU have to fight, hold the line, figure out the fine script of what they will actually pay out. In the end I paid Discovery over 139 000 in total for 3 members over two years for a hospital plan, but the moment I needed to claim from them they couldn't even cover half of the cost of the bill. What a waist!
