discovery medical aid

my husbands need to admitted to rehab. in may he was hospitalised to to siesure and the doctors said he has manegitis. he is a quadropligic and before his hospitalisation he used to have use of his upper body. the physiothe****** and occupational the****** wrote letters on why he needs to be admitted. he is 32 yrs of age and his work will board him if he is unable to work. now the medical aid is refusing to approve his admission i dont knw what they want him to do if his medical aid is no help. and nogaal this is the first ever with a medical aid we experience this. unable to help a man that deparate for this. the worst medical aid
