Discovery Medical Aid

I have been trying for the last four months to apply for a Discovery medical aid. It has been rejected, due to incorrect paperwork. Then the paperwork got lost and we had to apply from the start to open the medical account. The account has finally been approved mid March 2019. My payment was taken off and sent back within seconds on 2 May 2019. No problem on my side, but when phoning Discovery I was told I can only get assistance from them on Tuesday, 7 May 2019 as their system takes five days to process all paperwork.

I have now been sitting without a medical aid for four months and is in great need of the medical aid.
