Good day, I recently returned to SA from overseas and while I was observing my Gorvernment mandate 14 day quarantine, I asked Discovery Medical Aid to waiver my vaitality weeks points as I was unable to meet the 600 weekly points required of me as I was unable to go to the gym. Bear in mind that for the past 2 years I have meet my points each week at 900 points per week requirement. Discovery were and are not willing to give me any leniency on this issue. What kind of medical aid does not understand what COVID-19 means and the laws of our country. For this reason I am going to cancel all my Discovery products and I urge all members of Discovery to ask if faced with the my circumstances what would happen? Shame on you Discovery you have shown your true colours.Their motto is Discovery putting profits ahead of health care.
