Discovery Medical Aid

Discovery Health suspended my medical aid plan after I did not pay the premium. In my conversations with them I explained that as far as that I am concerned I do not owe them any money as no service was rendered due to the suspension of the account. The call centre was unable to answer my questions convincingly, only stating that I owed them the money, point. I therefore did not pay the \outstanding"amount as the matter was in dispute. It appeared if the call centre consultant was not 100% competent"
